Meditation is one of the great tools to achieve calm, concerntration and encourages states of great alert and creativity, hence a source of inspiration for design. Physical spaces are inseparable reflection of mental states. The architecture and interior design embodies minimalist philosphy, making use of natural materials, patterns of light and space and a near-monastic rejection of clutter.
